Kevin and Tracy

Dear Birthmother,

What a difficult and challenging decision you have ahead of you.  It takes so much strength and courage to venture down this path.  We admire you and hope that you will find peace and comfort in your choice.  If it is meant to be that your baby comes home with us, you can be assured that we will do everything in our power to provide a stable, happy and healthy life for your child.

We are Kevin and Tracy.  We were both born and raised in California, and have been married since the spring of 1998.  Our road to starting a family was definitely a bumpy one.  Tracy had a couple of miscarriages and we had some infertility treatments, and then we realized that our goal was to become parents, not necessarily to become pregnant.  We have many friends and family members who have been adopted, and adoption seemed to be a natural choice for us.  In 2003, we brought home a beautiful baby boy. When our adopted son was 18 months old, we decided that we would like to have another child and started the process of adoption again.  Before we finished the initial paperwork, we learned that Tracy was pregnant.  In January of 2006, our second son was born.  We both still feel that there is another child out there who we are meant to bring home.  We are looking forward to completing our family by bringing home a baby girl.

Kevin works five minutes from home.  He is Vice-President/Senior Broker for a large, nationwide real estate investment company.  He has been with the company for 14 years and is very successful.  Because he works so close to home, he is able to spend leisurely mornings with the kids and me, and is able to pop in and out throughout the day.  I am a stay-at-home mom, which I love.

We have lived in our home for eleven years and completely remodeled it six years ago.  We now have a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath home.  Upon the baby’s arrival, our boys will share a room and the baby will have a room of her own.  We live in a beach community, and within walking distance to churches, schools and parks.  Since we are so close to the ocean, we spend a lot of time at the beach, as well as a lot of time on our boat.  Kevin’s brother and his family live only ten blocks away from us.  They have three young children.  We enjoy getting together with them, and appreciate that our sons are able to play and grow close with their cousins.  Our lives revolve around our children and what is best for them.  We feel so blessed to finally have children with whom we can share our love, home, family and experiences, but we just don’t feel that our family is yet complete.  More than anything, we want to offer your precious baby girl a loving home and all the encouragement she needs to make her dreams come true.
