Adoption Successes

Jeffrey and Cynthia

Thank you for your love and selflessness in enabling us to grow our family.  It is because of your courage that we can realize our dreams of expanding our family and sharing our loving home with another child.

Christopher and Nirit
My father has always told me that all children need stability. Chris and I are both fortunate to have incredibly secure family-orientated jobs. I have been teaching fifth grade for four years and Chris has been working as an engineer for the United States government for seven years. Both of us have flexible hours and are able to spend a lot of time at home with Andrew. We both truly love and cherish our time as a family.
Cory and Suzanne

You are special and you are worth it.  We are Cory and Suzi.  Whether you are just beginning to look for the right situation for your baby or have looked for awhile, we hope you will take a look at us.  We entered marriage knowing adoption would be in our future and have waited patiently for you to meet us.

Robert and Nichole

Rob and I want to thank you for considering giving such a beautiful gift to our family. Here is a poem we wrote expressing how we feel about you and your child.

Michael and Kathryn

We are Mike, Katie and Zoe, and we currently live in Florida. We are so excited to have you get to know us. We cannot say thank you enough for considering us as potential adoptive parents for your baby. This must be one of the hardest decisions you will ever have to make, and we are awed by your courage and selflessness. Not only have you chosen to give your baby life, you are continuing to build a legacy of love through adoption.

Scott and Heather

We thank the Lord above for you and are overwhelmed with emotion just thinking of you and the strength you have to make the decision to place your child in our arms.  We will be blessed with the gift of your child and pray that the Lord blesses you above and beyond whatever dreams you have for your life.  We give you our trust and commitment and want you to know that we are here to help you and to be there for you during this journey.

Robert and Amy

We are Amy and Rob and we live in Japan. Despite our exotic location, our story starts back in Kansas. Our best friends introduced us during graduate school. We hit it off immediately and kept in touch long distance while Rob traveled. A few years later, we started dating again when Amy visited Rob in Guatemala. We were married in 2003, and our adventures together continue.

Paul and Michelle

This journey begins with your remarkable and unselfish gift to consider adoption for your child.  We respect and admire your courage and feel blessed that you would consider us as parents for your precious baby. After many years of infertility, we decided that God already had a path for our future, which has led us to this wonderful journey of adoption.

James and Allison

Life doesn’t always work out the way we want it to, but it seems like when we fall onto a difficult path, it somehow still works out for the best.  Like us, you are on an unexpected path; however, our paths are crossing, so hopefully it can become the best possible situation for all of us!

Jason and Lexi

“Time it was I had a dream, And you're that dream come true. And if I had the world to give, I'd give it all to you. I'll take you to the mountains, I will take you to the sea, I'll show you how this life became a miracle to me.” – Dar Williams

Gregory and Ellen
We met in New Mexico in June of 1996, when we both moved there temporarily. We knew from the start we were meant to be together and we spent the next two years discovering each other and our visions for our future. We moved back to Ellen's hometown in Missouri and married in 1999. We've been together for 14 years now and have a solid marriage based on mutual love, respect, understanding, fun, and a strong sense of family and commitment.
David and Cynthia

It’s 5:00 a.m. and I am up writing this letter! Hello, my name is Cindy and my husband’s name is David. We have been discussing our birthmother letter for the last few days. However, I woke up and it was on my heart, so I thought I’d get up and start writing. David has now joined me. He is not use to me getting up at 5:00 a.m. on my day off, so he got up to make sure I was okay. Now he is writing too! We hope that we are able to convey to you in this letter the love we have for each other, what kind of parents we will be, the excitement we are experiencing during this process, and how much we value the decision you are making.

Javier and Maria

We believe that a family should spend a lot of time together. Before we adopted our daughter, Javier decided to work from home. And although I work out of an office, it is just minutes away. We don’t want to miss a single minute with our children. We want to be there for the first smile, first step, etc. We want to be the ones raising our children, and we want to see them grow up with the same values with which our parents raised us.

Marshall and Meggi
We met on a mission trip 10 years ago, working with inner city orphans in Pennsylvania. That trip marked the beginning of our relationship. We have been married since 2003. We are high school sweethearts and our love continues to flourish.  We are best friends and soul mates, and we love each other unconditionally. Our relationship is truly a fairytale and we have loved every second of being together. We have worked so very hard for everything we have and are proud of what we have accomplished. The only thing missing now is a little one.
Joel and Carrie
I have been dreaming of the days when we sing silly songs along with Sesame Street, read bedtime stories, and ride our bikes to the playground. I can’t wait to fill the house with the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven, while our child anxiously awaits the ding of the timer. We are so grateful that the opportunity to fulfill these dreams is possible through adoption.
Anthony and Jennifer
Another thing we look forward to is to travel with the little one. One of our favorite destinations is California. We love Disneyland! Our most recent trip was to Hawaii with friends. We were both bit by the travel bug and can’t wait to see our little one bit as well!
Jason and Cristin

We have no idea how to thank someone for giving the gift of parenthood. A simple thank you seems so inadequate. Having children in our lives is so important to us. We have struggled for many years trying to conceive with no success, and are extremely grateful to have the opportunity to adopt a child.

Jay and Tanya
We think you are so very special. You are going through so much and yet you are focused on doing what is best for the child you are carrying. If chosen, we would be sure your baby grows up knowing just how strong and selfless you are.
Joseph and Stacy

We are Stacy and Joe, and we have been together since 2004. We met at a restaurant where Stacy had been waiting for a blind date that never showed. After 40 minutes I noticed she was still alone, so I mustered my courage and asked if I could join her. Two hours later we had shared dessert, exchanged phone numbers, and agreed to go out again a week later, which happened to be New Years Eve. My wife and I will always remember the day we met because it was the day after Christmas and she always calls me her “better late than never Christmas gift.”

Edward and Gina

It is with great respect and admiration that we write this letter to you. Choosing adoption for your baby is an incredibly difficult, courageous and selfless decision. In 2009, we adopted our first child who is an adorable little boy named Tre. We would now love to complete our family with siblings who can grow up together. Our names our Gina and Ed and we would love to share a little bit about ourselves with you.

Matthew and Shannon

We are Matt and Shannon, and we are so grateful to you for taking the time to read our letter and find out more about us. We are both overjoyed to know that we might soon be parents through adoption.

Randy and Parisha

Thank you for making the decision you made. You may not realize this- you are one of the most courageous people we know. Who are we? We are Randy and Parisha and this is our story.

David and Amy

Shawn and I have a simple and happy life. Our home is spacious with a large back yard. The neighborhood is a nice community with lots of kids for running and playing. There is a pond next to our house that is great for first memories of catching tadpoles and watching frogs. The lightning bugs flicker by while the sounds of the night sing us to sleep.
