Dear Expectant Mom,
We would like to say thank you for this
wonderful opportunity of adoption. You
are showing a great act of courage for loving your child enough to make sure
that he/she is well taken care of with the gift of adoption. It shows that you are looking after the
child’s best interest and we respect you for that. It has been a dream of ours to have a baby
and you would be a blessing to us. We understand that it must be a very
difficult situation, but you can rest assured knowing that your child will
be showered with love and affection, and will be raised in a loving home.
Travis & I originally met back in 1988
and dated a couple years. We then
separated and our lives went in different directions. Several years later, our paths reunited and
we got back together again. We then
became engaged in 2005 and then got married on Aug. 26, 2006. It has been almost 11 years and unfortunately
are not able to have children. We
have tried to conceive but continue to be unsuccessful.
We are originally from Connecticut and then
moved to the sunny state of Florida almost 6 years ago. Four years ago, we bought our first home with
3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 2-car garage and a swimming pool. The neighborhood is wonderful and it is a
great community to raise a child. There
is a club house with a pool and also a playground and tennis courts. It is a charming, quaint and peaceful
community where we live and has a country feel. There are restaurants, stores, schools, and parks within a 3 -10 mile radius.
We are very excited and look forward to
having so much fun with your little “bundle of joy." Having a child will fill the void and
complete our family. We’re looking forward to teaching him/her
life’s basics and celebrating the little “milestones” as well as the bigger
achievements. We plan to take him/her
places such as the beach, to church, amusement parks, playing games at home,
going to the park and/or playground and so much more.
Travis & Kendra
