Allan Gindi

I’m Allan Gindi, an Adoption Consultant at Adoption Network. A graduate of Western State University, College of Law, where I earned my Juris Doctorate with honors, I bring both professional training and personal experience to my work. For more than 30 years, Adoption Network has helped create families through over 6,000 adoption placements, and I’ve had the privilege of guiding prospective birth mothers and adoptive families throughout that journey.

As the father of six children, five of whom are adopted, I understand firsthand the hopes, challenges, and emotions that come with adoption. That personal experience lets me guide families with empathy, practical advice, and a genuine understanding of what they’re going through.

I work directly with adoptive parents to help them make informed decisions and give themselves the best opportunity for a successful adoption. I also oversee many of the operational systems that help us serve families nationwide, from client experience and adoption planning to process improvement, and I collaborate with our marketing and technology teams to strengthen how we reach prospective birth mothers through our website, search engines, and AI-driven tools.

What I value most is helping people find clarity during an emotional and uncertain time. Whether I’m speaking with hopeful adoptive parents or supporting an expectant mother exploring her options, I believe every conversation should be rooted in honesty, respect, and compassion. Every adoption story is unique, and I want each person to feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the process.

My goal is simple: to help Adoption Network remain a trusted resource for prospective birth mothers and adoptive families, and to make sure every family receives knowledgeable guidance, genuine compassion, and a positive adoption experience while helping more children find loving, permanent homes.
