What You Can Do Right Now

If you’re not ready to decide, you can still:

Talk to an advocate privately

Speaking with a birth mom advocate doesn’t commit you to adoption. It just gives you someone safe to talk to — someone who can answer your questions and help you think through your options.

Learn about what adoption really looks like today

It’s not what it used to be. Modern adoption allows you to choose the family, stay connected if you want, and receive support every step of the way.

Ask about parenting resources, too
