Michele Moreland

I’m Michele Moreland, an Adoption Associate at Adoption Network. With more than 25 years in customer service, I’m often the first person prospective adoptive parents talk to. I handle initial inquiries, walk families through the intake process, provide program and home study information, and gather the preliminary details that help determine whether a family meets the basic requirements to move forward, always with careful attention to legal and ethical compliance. I also support our Adoption Consultants, schedule consultations, help onboard new clients, and step in for other team members whenever I’m needed.

As that first point of contact, my goal is to make sure the adoption process begins smoothly and to offer a welcoming, empathetic presence that eases the anxiety and confusion families often feel early in the journey. I want every family to feel the compassion, support, and genuine care I bring to my work.
