Orquidia Lopez

My name is Orquidia, which is Spanish for Orchid. As an Adoption Specialist at Adoption Network, I have the privilege of connecting with expectant mothers when they first reach out to learn about adoption. Whether by phone call, text, or email, I share information about our adoption process and answer any questions they have. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Long Beach State University, along with specialized training in supporting individuals through crisis and difficult circumstances.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where expectant mothers feel heard and understood. Choosing adoption is an incredibly personal and often difficult decision, and I’m here to listen and offer compassionate support as they explore what they believe is best for themselves and their baby. During what can be an emotional and uncertain time, I strive to be a source of comfort, encouragement, and reassurance. I want every expectant mother to know that she is not alone, and that I am here to help in any way I can.
