I’m Elli Gindi, the Growth Operations Manager at Adoption Network, where I work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and lead management. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, which grounds the way I approach content, messaging, and the systems that connect people to the help they’re looking for.

I oversee the SEO and content strategy for adoptionnetwork.com, coordinate with our SEO and development partners, and manage the systems that track and support every person who reaches out to us. Put simply, my job is to make sure the right information reaches the right people, and that no one who contacts us gets lost along the way.
