The Adoption Network Scholarship Program for Birth Mothers

Adoption Network awards scholarships to Birthmothers in November of each year in honor of National Adoption Month.

* The number of recipients and amounts awarded depend on the available funding in Adoption Network’s Scholarship Program.
* Recipients and amounts awarded are determined at Adoption Network’s discretion.
* Scholarships will be made payable directly to the school on behalf of the student.

Scholarship Criteria

• Applicant must be a Birth Mother
• Applicant must have been accepted to or must be currently enrolled in college, university, vocational, technical or trade school in the U.S.
• Video submission must be between 2-8 minutes long and explain how adoption has impacted your life and what your future goals are.

How to Apply

Deadline: August 15, 2021

• Include Video Link (2 minute minimum) demonstrating or explaining how adoption has made an impact on your life.
• Videos can be edgy, funny, bold, simple, serious – or anything in between.
• All videos must be available for viewing on the internet (YouTube or Vimeo preferred) and have a public link to them.

By submitting, you authorize Adoption Network to use videos and content for educational and/or promotional purposes, which may include: in Adoption Network newsletters, brochures, website(s), or other social media platforms and/or outlets such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram.
