Vanessa Gomez – Administrative Assistant

I’m Vanessa Gomez, the Administrative Assistant at Adoption Network, where I support the behind-the-scenes operations that help our team serve hopeful adoptive families and birth mothers with care and compassion. I coordinate home studies, maintain accurate data entry, and keep important records organized and up to date. I also support our Birth Mother team by handling medical records requests, processing medical bills, and stepping in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. I hold a certificate in Medical Assisting, which supports my work with medical records and billing.

My role matters because it makes sure our staff has the information and resources they need to give the families and birth mothers we serve the best possible experience. I take pride in creating an organized, efficient workflow so our team can stay focused on what matters most: building meaningful connections and supporting families through every step of the adoption journey.
