We’re open to an open adoption. We would like your baby to know you. If you would like to share letters and pictures, we will make sure that happens. We will make sure your baby knows that the adoption was a gift to both us and to them. The choice of adoption was made out of love for your baby. When your baby is ready, we will tell them about you and their birth family. Whatever you choose, we will honor your wishes, whether that is to remain in contact or not. We have so much love to share and want you to feel at ease choosing us. The island of Kauai has a laid-back vibe and simple living, a perfect place to grow up.
With love,
Elizabeth and Aaron
We are excited to adopt and grow our ohana, as Elizabeth is unable to carry a baby. We look forward to welcoming a child into our family with love, joy, and open hearts.
We are a simple, traditional local couple. We enjoy fishing and going to the beach once a week. Our families have weekly family night dinners to stay connected, and we also garden to grow some of the delicious vegetables we cook for dinner. The most important thing to us is family, and we make time for both sides of our families.
We like to take a vacation once a year, and we would love to include your baby in these adventures. We hope to take them to theme parks like Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, and we would also love to visit Lake Tahoe so they can play in the snow.
My wife has a big heart. She loves with everything she has and will always make sure you feel comfortable. She stands up for what is right and is incredibly understanding. She is also wonderfully silly and goofy, bringing so much color and joy to my life. I know she will be an amazing mom!
My husband does what is right and what is expected. He has a deep love and wisdom that he wants to pass on to the next generation. He is amazing with children, I’ve seen him listen patiently to my overzealous nephew talk his ear off, responding with genuine interest and care. I know he will make a wonderful dad!
Our daughter is 18 and graduating this year. She has always wanted a sibling and is eager to help and teach her new brother or sister everything she knows.
We live in a typical Hawaiian neighborhood, a quiet and friendly community where everyone looks out for one another. Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is close to an elementary school, as well as a middle and high school. We’re about 10 minutes from a beautiful, well-known beach, perfect for exploring sea life or taking a refreshing dip. Just two minutes away is the nearest shopping center, a lively spot where you’re sure to run into someone you know. It’s a wonderful place for a child to grow up, surrounded by community, nature, and aloha.
Both of our parents are excited to be involved and can’t wait to welcome your baby into our ohana. Your little one will have a few uncles and many aunties who are eager to love and spoil them. Some of our extended family live off-island, but they visit for special holidays and occasions, bringing even more love and connection.
We are both of mixed races, and living in Hawaii, we are surrounded by cultural diversity and people from all over the world. We know there may be challenges, but we are willing to learn and grow if they arise. We believe that we are all human and that everyone deserves to be loved.
We always celebrate birthdays with our extended families. Thanksgiving is a full-day celebration, starting with lunch at Elizabeth’s parents’ house and ending with dinner at Aaron’s parents’ home. Christmas is celebrated on Christmas Eve at Elizabeth’s parents’ house, and Christmas Day at our home, followed by dinner at Aaron’s parents’ house. Fourth of July is marked with a barbecue, fireworks, and lots of fun, and New Year’s is celebrated with spectacular food and fireworks.
We also have annual traditions that bring us together and create lasting memories. Each Father’s Day weekend, we go on our Kokee Trout fishing trip for easy fishing and good fun. In July, we do Kokee plum picking, which gives us exercise and plenty of laughter. These are just a few of the traditions that are important to us.
We have three dogs: a 8-year-old mixed Chihuahua, a 5-year-old mixed Chihuahua, and a 2-year-old Catahoula-Heeler mix. Once they get to know you, they become friends for life.
Our promise to you is to love this baby as our very own. We will make sure they never go without anything and teach them honesty, integrity, and the value of hard work. We want them to always know that family will be there for them, and we will do everything we can to ensure they are safe, healthy, and loved. We hope you choose us to provide a loving home for your baby. Even if we are not the family you select, we hope you find the perfect home filled with love for your little one.
