Thank you for taking the time to learn about us. We know this journey is deeply personal, and while we could never fully understand all the emotions you may be carrying, we truly admire the love and strength behind considering an adoption plan for your baby.
If chosen, we would love to have an open and honest relationship built on respect, kindness, and whatever level of communication feels healthiest and most comfortable for you and your baby. We believe your child’s story begins with you, and we would always speak about you with love, gratitude, and honor. Your child would grow up knowing how deeply loved they are and how selfless and thoughtful you were in making such a difficult decision.
Our home is filled with laughter, faith, adventure, and love — from road trips and hiking to baking in the kitchen and family nights at home with our two Yorkies, Bella and Maddi.
Most importantly, we promise to provide a safe, stable, and loving home where your baby will always be cherished, encouraged, and unconditionally loved.
We have dreamed of becoming parents for many years, and adoption has always been a beautiful part of that dream. More than anything, we want to provide your child with a loving, stable, and joyful home where they feel safe, supported, and deeply cherished. We are excited to share our lives, traditions, faith, and unconditional love with your child and help them grow into the unique person they were created to be. We cannot wait to welcome a little one into our hearts and family.
We will be loving, patient and involved parents. If you choose us, your child will always know they are safe, deeply loved and encouraged to pursue their dreams while growing up with strong values and faith.
We look forward to bedtime stories, family traditions, cheering from the sidelines, and sharing life’s everyday moments together.
We live a simple, joy-filled life, centered around faith, family, and time together. Whether we’re hiking, kayaking, fishing, taking road trips, family nights/days enjoying: putt-putt golf, go-karts, four-wheeling, swimming, visiting landmarks or enjoying a cozy night at home, we truly enjoy doing life side by side.
Ashlea loves baking, gardening and creating special traditions, while Mike enjoys running marathons, old cars, and outdoor adventures.

Fun Facts About Us
Ashlea is loving, supportive and amazing with children. She cherishes time spent with nieces and nephews and holds a strong bond with family. She loves road trips to Missouri and spending time kayaking. She is a loving leader of children’s church on Sunday and treats those kids as they were her own. She cares deeply for me and our puppies and makes our house feel like a home with her amazing decorating skills. She is great in the kitchen, cooking, baking or even trying new recipes. She enjoys spending time in our backyard reading a book, gardening and tending to our plants. One of the things that excites me most is seeing Ashlea become a mom. I’ve watched her pour so much love and patience into the children at church, our nieces and nephews, and everyone around her. I know she’ll bring that same kindness, encouragement, and steady love to our future child, and I can’t wait to watch their relationship grow.
Mike is dependable, hardworking and endlessly supportive. He loves running, hiking, kayaking and trying unique foods. Mike grew up around classic cars and spent years helping in his dad’s and grandfather’s restoration shop and looks forward to creating lasting childhood memories just like this someday. He is a steady presence in our family and can strike up a conversation with just about anyone. He is well adored in our family and friend group as he is funny, personable and always down for adventure. He will be a great father as he is steady, supportive, funny, loving and has a balanced routine. He is a great leader at both work, church, men’s ministry and home.
We live in a friendly, newer neighborhood nestled between a small farm town and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our community is filled with families, children playing outside and spacious half-acre lots. Our favorite place is our backyard, which overlooks a beautiful greenbelt and farmland. We love gardening together and filling our yard with vegetables, herbs, berry bushes, and colorful flowers. Faith and community are important parts of our lives. Ashlea teaches children’s Sunday school and leads the nursery team at church, while Mike serves in men’s ministry and as an usher.
We look forward to sharing this loving community, outdoor adventures, and simple everyday joys with a child someday.
We are surrounded by a loving family and strong support system who are excited to welcome a child into our lives. Our future child will grow up knowing they are deeply loved by grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends, and a wonderful church family who will celebrate every milestone and cheer them on through life. Family time is one of our greatest joys. From holiday traditions and family gatherings to everyday moments together, we look forward to creating a childhood filled with love, laughter, security, and happy memories.
Most importantly, your child will always know they are wanted, cherished, and unconditionally loved.
We believe every child should grow up knowing, valuing, and celebrating who they are. If blessed with a child whose racial or cultural background differs from our own, we are committed to learning, listening, and ensuring they have meaningful connections to their heritage. We will celebrate the people, traditions, and culture that are part of their story while surrounding them with love, respect, and a strong sense of belonging.
Family traditions are a big part of our lives. Every Thanksgiving, we travel to Missouri to be with family, and it always seems to snow, making it the perfect start to the Christmas season. Christmas is especially magical in our home. Ashlea loves decorating from top to bottom with cherished family heirlooms mixed with fun new finds, and one of our favorite traditions is the large, thoughtfully filled stockings that Mike’s mom puts together each year.
Every Fourth of July, we gather with family in Missouri for fireworks, fishing, four-wheeler rides, BBQs, and lots of laughter. We also enjoy an annual lake trip filled with kayaking, grilling, and time together, plus weekly family movie nights with our two Yorkies.
Each Sunday, we look forward to our tradition of church and family lunch. Along with holidays and vacations, some of our favorite everyday traditions are movie nights at home, grilling outside, spending time with our dogs, and taking weekend road trips.
We enjoy simple moments together and look forward to creating new traditions with our future child. Family is very important to us, and we are blessed to have a strong support system made up of relatives, close friends, and our church family.
Our two Yorkies, Bella and Maddi, keep our home full of laughter and love.
