As I start to write
this letter, I realize that I don’t know who you are, where you are, or even your
name, but the mere fact that you are reading my letter gives me hope, and knowing
that you’re taking the time to get to know me a little bit more makes me feel so
very grateful. I’m humbled by your courage and strength in taking this difficult
step. Entrusting your child to be raised by someone else is the most selfless act
of all, and it requires bravery, honesty and, above all, an undeniable love for
your baby. I’m extremely honored that you are considering me as an adoptive parent
for your child.
One of the most important
blessings in my life is my family. We are extremely close. I enjoy being an aunt
and have given my nieces and nephews all my love. I have made a point of spending
time with them since they were born and have happily shared in their upbringing.
To be further blessed, I hope you can help make my dream comes true, and that they
soon have a new cousin to welcome into our family. I can close my eyes and I can
clearly picture your child playing and laughing with his or her cousins.
At this moment of
my life, I am ready to parent a child on my own. I can provide a stable and loving
home and I want to experience the joy of having a son or daughter and give your
child an amazing life, full of unconditional love and opportunities. I look forward
to sharing the life lessons I received from my parents and which I have always treasured:
hard work, dedication, loyalty and generosity.
I promise your
child will have a beautiful home, full of love and laughter. I will strive to provide
him or her with important educational opportunities and will aim for him or her
to become a caring person, one who is open to diversity and inclusion.
I want to thank you
for the bottom of my heart for considering me!
