Adoption Service Advisors guide expectant mothers through the benefits and challenges of adoption for the purpose of assisting in a successful adoption; and provide guidance to both the Expectant Mother and the adoptive parents through the adoption opportunity process, assuring all services, projects and tasks are accomplished on time and in an excellent manner.
Academic and Experience Requirements:
Adoption Services Administrative Assistants provides administrative assistance and support to the Adoption Services team as well as other Adoption Network Law Center teams as needed.

Adoption Associates provides support to the Adoption Consultants and are the initial contact with prospective adoptive parents, providing basic services and program information, gathering initial prospective adoptive parent data for consultation support, and providing excellent customer service.

The Adoption Coordinator provides support for the administrative functions in support of the Adoption Consultants, Adoption Associates, and Receptionist(s) in their everyday work. Also assists the Controller with general office duties to maintain office supplies and inventory.
Academic and Experience Requirements:
The Adoption Consultants Provide consultation services to prospective adoptive parents on the process, expectations, investment and challenges of adoption with the goal of having them qualify and retain ANLC for Adoption Services, utilizing in-house appointments and/or electronic media. Consultants educate the adoptive parents, in detail, on the roles of ANLC and the adoptive parent during the adoption process, and address all questions and concerns regarding any objections to utilization of ANLC’s services for a successful adoption.
Academic and Experience Requirements:
The Adoption Specialist is the initial contact with prospective birthmothers, providing them with a detailed explanation of services & program information, gathering birth mother data, and determining whether or not the prospective birth mother is viable for acceptance in the adoption opportunity match process. Adoption Specialists also assist in guiding birth mothers through the benefits and challenges of adoption for the purpose of assisting in a successful adoption, and also provides support to the Adoption Advisors.

The Client Liaison is Adoption Network Law Center’s main point of contact with retained adoptive parents, maintaining positive communication with them and assisting with their questions, changes and marketing suggestions, and providing on-going support, guidance & education.

Obtains, reviews and summarizes all incoming medical records of new active and matched expectant mothers, oversees insurance verification, medical billing and insurance issues, contacts medical providers as required to obtain cash-pay pricing, to confirm outstanding balances, and/or to verify that insurance coverage has been applied, and documents information acquired, status and communications.

Provides all-inclusive outreach services and birth mother duties and responsibilities for the Birth Mother Department and its clients.

The Media Services Coordinators build Adoptive Parent website pages from marketing materials collected from adoptive parents, including photograph and text editing and uploading to the marketing web sites for potential selection by birthmothers.
Academic and Experience Requirements:
The Front Desk Coordinator provides receptionist and administrative support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail coordination, and additional clerical duties as required.
