We intend to honor and carry out the good work you’ve begun. And while it is likely that your child will want to know about you and have a relationship with you, we also wonder if you might be curious about how they will grow and develop. So, in whatever capacity you are comfortable staying in touch, and/or building and maintaining a relationship, we are open to that. No matter what, know that your child will know of the positive impact your strength, bravery, and heartfelt decision has made on his or her life.

We can’t wait to read bedtime stories, visit the zoo, swing on the swings at the park by our home, attend their first recital or sporting event, bring them to their first day of school, and support them throughout all of their accomplishments. Being parents has been the most rewarding and wonderful thing we have gotten to do in our lives, and we are thrilled at the thought of starting the journey again with you and your baby. We’re an adventurous, thoughtful, and loving couple. We’ve managed to prioritize our careers, travel, and other hobbies throughout the years, but we can confidently say that becoming parents has been our biggest and most favorite adventure yet! We are a couple of girls who love playing outdoors, eating and smiling. While Layla loves her ball and taking long naps, I enjoy running, biking, dancing and doing crafts.

Whether we go downtown on a day off, or go see family, or go on an adventure, we always make sure to do things that entertains everyone. Even when we stay at home, we find a way to entertain ourselves with crafts, or games, or just relaxing and enjoying each other’s company.
