We are a fun-loving couple who have been a team for 13 years, married for 10. Taking advantage of everything Southern California has to offer we love exploring the desert and the mountains in our travel camper on road trips. We’re really excited to grow our family through adoption and can’t wait to share our adventures with a little one!

Hello, I’m Michelle from Iowa City, Iowa. I’m an orthopedic surgeon who loves being outdoors, and I’ve always known I wanted to adopt. I’m truly excited for the chance to build a loving family through this journey.

We’re Matt and Amber, a small Christian family who loves Jesus, values quality time together, and finds joy in the little things. We own a small family business, love spontaneous adventures (especially to Disneyland and the beach), and are raising our fun-loving 4-year-old daughter alongside our sweet little Shih Tzu, Wrigley. We love hosting family holidays, dinners, and celebrations—our home is always open, filled with laughter, love, and the steady rhythm of faith, and we’re excited to grow our family through adoption.

We cannot wait for the first time when we can hug your baby, welcome them to our family and all the firsts that come after that – small everyday things and big holidays. We will share the milestones with you, as we do with Nina’s birth parents.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know our family a little bit more. I have one son, Sean, who is 15 years old and a freshman in high school this year. He is a hard-working young man who is always looking to do his best in everything he does and sees me do. I Like teaching him new things and have always encouraged him to not only learn from me but to strive to be better than me. My girlfriend’s name is Veronica. We have been together now for 6 years, although she is not Sean’s biological mother, she has stepped into the role of stepmother with open arms.
